Kendra Jade Embroiled in Lawsuit Alongside Heidi Fleiss

LAS VEGAS — Former adult performer Kendra Jade is the subject of a fraud lawsuit alongside Heidi Fleiss, best known for her role as a Hollywood madam.

Las Vegas resident Jeffery Marvian filed the suit against Jade, Fleiss and his spouse, NIckol Marvian. The suit asserts that the three fraudulently engineered the purchase of a local pet-grooming business.

The suit also involves a divorce between the two Marvians. Jeffery Marvian claims that Nickol transferred assets to assist with the purchase in violation of a joint preliminary injunction that came as a part of the divorce.

Jeffery Marvian charges that Nickol Marvian was served with a "Joint Preliminary Injunction" as part of the divorce proceedings barring her from transferring assets without court approval.

"Defendants Rossi and Fleiss knew that defendant Marvian was in the process of dissolving her marriage," the lawsuit said. "All defendants engaged in a conspiracy to hide the terms of the sale from plaintiff and the Family Court by executing a sales contract which paid defendant Marvian nothing."

At issue is a sum of $60,000, which the Marvians had borrowed against the equity of their home.

Jade's credits in adult include appearances in "The Sopornos" and "World's Biggest Bang-Off." Her mainstream appearances include the documentary "Being Ron Jeremy" and the reality show "Celebrity Rehab."

Fleiss was sentenced to 37 months in prison in 1997 for tax evasion. She only served 21 months and was never charged with pandering.
